This Privacy Policy explains how scraipt.ai (the "Service") collects, uses, and protects your personal data. The Service is operated by BizPartner Group L.L.C-FZ, a Meydan Free Zone company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL").

Information we collect

• Account data — your name and email address when you sign up (or the profile details provided by Google if you sign in with Google).
• Purchase data — the products you buy and the associated transaction identifiers. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data — basic technical information such as your IP address and browser, used to operate and secure the Service.
• Search queries — text you type into the AI search to match you with products.

How we use your information

• To provide the Service — accounts, purchases, and access to the products you own.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To match your search queries to relevant products.
• To respond to your support requests and send essential account emails.

Legal basis for processing

Under the PDPL we rely on your consent, given when you create an account and use the Service, and on the performance of our contract with you to deliver the products you buy and keep your account secure. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account, though we may retain limited records where the law requires it.

Service providers and international transfers

We share the minimum necessary data with trusted providers who help us run the Service. Some of them process data on servers outside the UAE; where they do, we rely on their contractual and technical safeguards to protect it.

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google — optional sign-in with Google.
• Anthropic — powering AI search matching (your query text is processed to return relevant results).

Data retention

We keep your account and purchase records for as long as your account exists and as required to comply with legal obligations. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings, which removes your personal data and purchase history.

Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to withdraw consent, and to request a copy of your data in a portable form. You can access and update your details, and delete your account, from your dashboard settings, or contact us to exercise any of these rights. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
