Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of scraipt.ai (the "Service") and your purchase of digital products through it. The Service is operated by BizPartner Group L.L.C-FZ, a Meydan Free Zone company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Scraipt", "we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a product you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

What we sell

We sell ready-made digital products — scripts, templates, and AI prompts. Each product page shows what is included, its price, and its requirements before you buy.

License to purchased products

When you buy a product you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use it in your own personal and commercial projects. You may modify it for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the product (or a substantially similar version) as a standalone product.

Payments

Products are sold for a one-time price shown at checkout, in USD, processed by Stripe. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before you pay.

Refunds

Our products are digital goods delivered instantly and accessible immediately, so the standard cooling-off return period for online purchases does not apply once the paid content has been made available to you. This is consistent with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations, which exempt digital content that has already been accessed from the ordinary return right.

Purchases are final and we do not offer refunds. What we offer instead is support: if a product does not work as described, tell us and we will fix it — a corrected file, a workaround, or a replacement of the same value where it cannot be solved. A duplicate or mistaken charge is returned in full, because it is a payment that should not have been taken. See our Refund & Returns Policy for the full details. Nothing here limits rights you may have under consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service or the products for anything illegal or harmful.
• Don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Don't share your account access to distribute paid content.

Intellectual property

The Service, its branding, and the products (except for the license granted to you) remain the property of Scraipt and its contributors.

Disclaimer

The Service and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any product before relying on it, and for complying with the terms of any third-party services or APIs a product uses.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scraipt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or the products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable UAE consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
